Habitat East Bay and Benefactors Capital have teamed-up to make property donations quick and easy. We are now equipped to take all kinds of property donations, including environmentally contaminated, high vacancy, excessive need for repair, or property with high carrying cost. Your real estate problems could help open the doors for more affordable housing in the East Bay.
